Important Notes:
- Padayani Timings are not fixed and may change according to the rituals.
- Padayani is a ritual performance, and you will witness the actual performance, not a staged version.
- Respect Local Traditions: The locals are highly devotional to Padayani, and we expect every traveler to show respect.
- Dress Code: Participants should dress appropriately for the rituals.
- Staying at the Temple: You will have to stay at the temple where the performance happens overnight. There won’t be vehicle service to drop you back to the Hotel at Night . Incase if you wish to go back, you have to take an auto to go.
- Children: Kids can also join, but the fees will be the same as adults. Suggested kids age Above 10
- The event is taking place in a remote location, so please do not expect the same facilities available in metro cities, such as transportation services and easy access to shops for food and other essentials.

Package Exclusions
- All expenses incurred due to unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances like roadblocks and bad weather

- Vehicle service will not be available after dropping at the Theyyam Kaav till next day morning.

Cancellation Policy
A participant will be refunded his/her paid fees after deducting the following cancellation fees.

- Alternatively, a registered participant may transfer his/her registration to a friend without any cancellation fee.
- In case of cancellation of the program due to any gov restrictions due to COVID/ Weather, an alternate date will be provided for the same trip and no refund for that.
- In case you are not able to join the trek on the new dates, either you can send a replacement ( Without any additional cost) / You can opt for Wallet transfer,
- What is Wallet Transfer ?: The amount will move to LGFC Wallet and you can use that for any other trip. ( 2% fee will be deducted as movement charges) . Strictly there won’t be any refund to a bank account.
- Wallet transfer is applicable only for the case when a participant wont be able to join the new date on a postponed trip due to Pandemic / Weather situations
- The wallet transfer offer will only be one time , when the new date is announced. Further changes will be counted as normal cancellations and will be as per cancellation policy.
- Installments are to be paid before the due dates.
- In case when installments are pending after the due date, the order will be auto-canceled.
- There will be no refund in case of auto cancellation due to nonpayment of installments.

Theyyam The dates are decided based on the traditional method. This performance is not a capsule performance made for tourists. this is actual performance.
Yes, we will be allocating room accordingly.
Yes, Hotel rooms are two sharing.
Yes, you can bring your kid, if he/she is above 5 years old. But note that late night and early morning you have to spend at Kaav.
The fee will be the same as for Adults if you need 2 shared rooms. If any friends/ Family join you, then only you can take 3 sharing rooms. then the kid’s fee will be 75% of the total fee. ( This is applicable only if a kid is below 10 years ). 10 or above fee will be same as that of Adults. Note:- Food and all will be the same as that of adults.
