| After breakfast, visit Mawphlang Sacred Forest, a biodiversity hotspot with deep-rooted legends. | |||
| Embark on the David Scott Trek, a historic trail with breathtaking landscapes. (16km) | |||
| Post trek, proceed to Cherrapunjee and check in to your hotel. | |||

- Bamboo Trek is also of moderate difficulty and provides a thrilling experience.

- Any expenses of personal nature.
- Expenses incurred due to change in oil price, mishaps, landslides, strikes, political unrest etc. in such cases, extra will be charged as per actual which will be collected directly from the guest.
- Personal expenses such as laundry, soft drinks, mineral water, tips, etc.
- Anything not mentioned in the Includes segment.
Note
- Vehicle is not at disposal. It will be available only as per itinerary.
- Please carry an umbrella or rain-coat as you may expect rain.
- Sometimes due to heavy rain there may be disrupt in electricity and other services.
- Load Shedding is a common phenomenon in entire Meghalaya and timing of load shedding may differ from area to area. Please carry a torch or emergency light as some hotels do not have the facility of generators.
- Please carry power banks for charging your mobile and other electronic devises.
- Hotel rooms are normally smaller compared to hotel rooms in metro cities and air conditioning is mostly not available. Some hotels and resorts do not have TV in the rooms.
- Hotel services cannot be compared with metro cities. However, the service providers do their best to meet your requirements during your stay.
- You are recommended to carry cash along with you while travelling to villages apart from Shillong.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation fees will be applied as mentioned below.

- Alternatively, a registered participant may transfer his/her registration to a friend without any cancellation fee.
- In case of cancellation of the program due to any gov restrictions due to COVID/ Weather, an alternate date will be provided for the same trip and no refund for that.
- In case you are not able to join the trek on the new dates, either you can send a replacement ( Without any additional cost) / You can opt for Wallet transfer,
- What is Wallet Transfer ?: The amount will move to LGFC Wallet and you can use that for any other trip. ( 3% fee will be deducted as movement charges) . Strictly there won’t be any refund to a bank account.
- Wallet transfer is applicable only for the case when a participant wont be able to join the new date on a postponed trip due to Pandemic / Weather situations
- The wallet transfer offer will only be one time , when the new date is announced. Further changes will be counted as normal cancellations and will be as per cancellation policy.
- Installments are to be paid before the due dates.
- In case when 2 or more installments are pending after the due date, the order will be auto-cancelled.
- There will be no refund in case of auto cancellation due to nonpayment of installments.

No, we don’t have.In our trip, there are only limited participants coming from different parts of India. Establishing a common pick-up point would be difficult for everyone. Therefore, we request everyone to reach Guwahati. However, you will not be alone.
