| Upon arrival in Srinagar, you can check into the hotel anytime after 1:00 PM. If you arrive earlier, feel free to wait at the hotel reception and use the common washrooms until your room is ready. In the evening, you can visit Zero Bridge and explore the bustling Lal Chowk market at your own pace. Travelers arriving later in the evening can take time to rest and prepare for the next day’s activities. Taxis from Srinagar Airport are available and reasonably priced, with an option to share a ride with others. We can also arrange a pickup for an additional charge. | |||

| We will head to Sonmarg, known for its scenic meadows and towering snow-capped mountains. In addition to enjoying the stunning natural beauty, the team has the option to visit Zero Point and Zojila Pass, weather and government restrictions permitting. Please note that only union taxis from Sonmarg are authorized to travel to these locations. If everything is favorable upon reaching Sonmarg, the team can hire a union taxi for the excursion (cost not included in the package). | After checking out from the houseboat, we will visit the two historic Mughal Gardens. After lunch (excluded), you will be dropped off at the airport by 4:00 PM. For those arriving earlier or planning to extend their stay by a day or two, we can arrange additional accommodations if informed in advance. |

If you can extend your trip one more day/ If you can reach one day early You can cover these places.
We will be able to provide, a vehicle/Room with extra cost in that case. Considering the peak season time, you need to inform this at least 7 days before the trip.

- Weather is not in anyone's hands, some times because of Bad weather, roads will be closed to some of the destinations. In that case, we will try to give the best alternative. We are looking for all kinds of support from all participants in these cases.

- All views are subjected to climatic conditions
- Coordinators have the right to make changes in the itinerary subject to the circumstances.
- Snow at Gulmarg is also highly dependent on the weather.
- Pick-up charges are not added to the itinerary. But it can be arranged. Per Car: picks up rate 1000/-. You can inform us early if you need this facility. Prepaid taxis are available at the airport starting from Rs 700/- you can opt for that as well ( Recommended, Safe )
- Hotels are following strict check-in and check-out timing during the peak season time. If you arrive early, you have to wait at the reception/ Airport.
- Baisarn Valley is not added to the itinerary, the only way to reach there is by horse and we observed a few accidents last year.
- To Visit places in Doothpathri also has to take horses (Starting from 1200-1800)
- Participants can bargain with the Horse team. Coordinators will not be involved in the bargaining process but they will support it.
- LGFC or our coordinator will not be involved in the bargaining process.
- We do not take any commission from any of the activities you book.
- This trip is mainly for sightseeing. So the Hotel provided with all the basic amenities and hygiene. The primary criteria for selecting hotels have been basic hygiene and amenities. This being a budget-friendly trip hotels are in the 3-star/ deluxe category.
- Shopping at Lal Chowk ( Local Market) highly depends on the local restrictions applied by the authorities of Kashmir. For those who wish to go shopping at the Local market, the evening time is free to do that. Auto/ Cab facility available there with extra cost
- Pahalgam day, we will have to start around start 6:00 AM from the hotel. On this day breakfast is not added to the cost. You can have it on the way. we will stop at breakfast points.
- Food provided at the hotel will be North Indian Style. Veg and Non Veg food will be available at every hotel. Getting pure veg restaurants in Kashmir is not that easy for a group trip.
- Lunchtime will vary depending on the traffic conditions. Not many hotel options are available on the highways of Srinagar to Pahalgam/ Gulmarg/Doothpathri. Always keep snack items with you.

Why cable car ticket cost is not added to the cost? Cable car booking is controlled by gov in a single platform. Online booking only available now and its easy. Incase if Gondola is not running on a particular day, this amount will be refunded to the same account by Gov Authority.
There are 2 Phases based on Altitude. Phase 1: Lower Altitude, Phase 2: Higher Altitude If you wish to go to Phase 2, then you need to purchase Phase 1 and Phase 2 tickets.
- The coordinator will share gondola Booking details in the WhatsApp group. In case of any cancelation of the cable car due to weather issues, this amount will be refunded back to the participant's account. That's the reason why we have not added the Cable car cost to the package
- Only postpaid sim (Jio/Airtel/BSNL) works in Kashmir.
- We will be following the seat rotation system in the vehicle.

- Alternatively, a registered participant may transfer his/her registration to a friend without any cancellation fee.
- In case of cancellation of the program due to any gov restrictions due to COVID/ Weather, an alternate date will be provided for the same trip and no refund for that.
- In case you are not able to join the trek on the new dates, either you can send a replacement ( Without any additional cost) / You can opt for Wallet transfer,
- What is Wallet Transfer ?: The amount will move to LGFC Wallet and you can use that for any other trip. ( 2% fee will be deducted as movement charges) . Strictly there won’t be any refund to a bank account.
- Wallet transfer is applicable only for the case when a participant wont be able to join the new date on a postponed trip due to Pandemic / Weather situations
- The wallet transfer offer will only be one time , when the new date is announced. Further changes will be counted as normal cancellations and will be as per cancellation policy.
- Installments are to be paid before the due dates.
- In case when 2 or more installments are pending after the due date, the order will be auto-cancelled.
- There will be no refund in case of auto cancellation due to nonpayment of installments.

Only Postpaid SIM works at Kashmir. You can take a postpaid connection from your hometown, of Airtel or Jio, as these have better network connectivity at Kashmir.
