Tawang experiences a cold climate throughout the year. Summers are cool, with temperatures ranging from 5°C to 22°C. Winters are cold, with temperatures dropping to as low as -10°C. It’s advisable to carry warm clothing, especially if you are visiting during the winter months.
We take care of arranging the necessary permits for your Tawang trip. To expedite the process, we kindly request the following documents from our guests: A scanned copy of your E Aadhar card.

While there are a few ATMs in Tawang, it’s advisable to carry sufficient cash, as network issues or machine downtime may occur. Ensure you have enough funds for your entire trip.
